The KING team are thrilled to share news of the recent expansion in Singapore which saw a second Showroom opening, located in Alexandra.  

Renowned for timeless designs and unparalleled comfort, KING has been bringing authentic Australian designed furniture to Singaporean homes for over six years at its flagship Showroom in Kallang.  

Alexandra is the 26th KING Showroom and is part of the global expansion strategy, which brought the brand to London in December 2021, marking its entrance to the UK market.

Located a stone’s throw away from the bustling Orchard Road area, the strategic location of the new 3,900-square-foot Alexandra Showroom allows locals to experience the premium designs and personalised retail experience that KING offers. Trade and commercial customers will receive exclusive benefits and service from the dedicated Showroom team who provide a tailored approach to selecting designs, fabrics and finishes to bring their vision to life. 

Functional styling

The Showroom displays a vast collection of KING designs which include its multi-award-winning modular sofas, beds, mattresses, dining, occasional, rugs, accessories and storage furniture. KING furniture is made to order and customers can compare colours, premium fabric and luxurious European leather swatches, and experiment with various configurations to create a customised product that fits their personal needs.

In conjunction with the new Showroom opening, KING has expanded its collection with two new designs, the Vertio Wall System, and Kato, the brand’s latest sofa. 

The Vertio Wall System combines the trademark modular flexibility and exceptional quality that KING is renowned for. This sophisticated design works well in both expansive and compact living spaces, and can be easily reconfigured and reassembled to adapt to individual preferences. 

Expertly crafted for contemporary luxury, Kato is the latest sofa from the KING design team. Kato sits lightly on a grand footprint, giving homeowners the choice of a double or grand double chaise, curved corner modules, integrated timber components, and a contrasting base finished in European leather.

For 45 years KING has set the benchmark for Australian furniture and become known for pushing the boundaries of what furniture can achieve. Each piece combines innovation with traditional handcrafted methods and premium materials into an authentic Australian design. 

The KING Alexandra and Kallang Showrooms are now open and following strict guidelines to ensure a safe and comfortable shopping experience.
